The Overland Track takes you through an ever-changing glacier-carved landscape of sheer mountains, beech and eucalypts forests, alpine plains, wild rivers, lakes, and waterfalls. Listed as one of Australia's most popular walks--world famous for its pristine beauty--the track varies in difficulty and can be quite of a challenge due to rapid weather changes.   • I haven’t done that many multi day hikes so throwing myself into the 6 day overland hike was no easy undertaking. But it was so worth the challenge. First 2 days strong winds and rain. Last day snow.....  more »
