We queued for a while to get in to this attraction but we’re very happy we did as it was worth the wait. The animal enclosures were really interesting and there were some surprising animals to see... more »
A nice zoo with mostly decent sized enclosures. Some of the animals looked a little sad (I'm not an expert though so it's just my opinion) but the majority all looked all looked well looked after and happy - it's always going to be difficult to fine a balance between enclosing animals and providing enrichment for them. The food was a bit expensive, but nonetheless pleasant.
A great zoo is so good for the soul. Loved our visit. Hard to believe you are in the heart of the city. Unfussy and plenty of space to appreciate all the species there. Such a delight to be holding on to Autumn in such a great green space. Good value too with the Welcome Card.
