Borse Frankfurt, Frankfurt

3.8
Borse Frankfurt accounts for more than 90 percent of Germany's market turnover. Founded in 1585, the exchange now has 250 international trading institutions and over 4,500 traders. The neoclassical building that shelters these traders is in the center of Frankfurt and makes an impressive sight among the surrounding modern structures. In front of the building, a bronze sculpture depicts a bear and a bull, representing the constant struggle between two strong forces that govern the balance of economy: the upward bull market and the downward bear market. Visit the attraction's website for up-to-the-minute news on currencies, commodities, and stocks. • The Frankfurt Stock Exchange with its iconic bronze sculptures of the bull and bear, which stand for the ups and downs of the stock market. But the parking trade that once took place on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange exists only on the monitors these days. However, if you want to take a look at the past, you can take a gallery view of the parquet every day between 10.30am and 12.30pm and get a taste of a little stock market air. Admission is free.

  • Interesting inside in the floor how change when some stock price is changing at every trade, which is included in the main German index, DAX 30. The building itself is a splendor with long history.
