It was impossible to "shop" at Nishiki Market. There was such a crowd that you are just pushed along. more »

After all, it is crowded and it is a lot. And, tourists from Japan and abroad, including us, are very enthusiastic and lively. I happened to get lost in a lot of things to see and see in the flea market. I think that it is a place where you can enjoy eating and walking. This time, I might want to take a closer look and eat. This time, I happened to be sorry, but by chance, it was good that there was also an encounter with an Australian. It is very popular with tourists from overseas.View original

Great place to try all the snacks and food locally. It is also a real market that sells fresh fish and vegetables. I have been here 5 years ago which tend to have more market stalls then but it’s now more of eateries, dried goods and souvenir shops.

Very vibrant place with plenty of different shops to visit plus you have the Nishiki food market as well. We went at night and the colours and atmosphere was really good. We found a nice little restaurant that had lactose free food on their menu which was a plus!
