  • it is unique ancient village, probably over 100 years old, pretty organized, quite.. something different!  more »
  • This is the place to stay at Harbeach Resort. There is a korean air ticket, so i got a 30% discount on the entrance fee and entered for 7700 won. It took me over an hour to get around in autumn. While watching the old days of Jeju, it was a filming location for dramas such as BlackSmith and Chuno. It's a great place for kids to play, and there's a horse-riding experience and feeding animals. Play, comic book... There is also a game room.

  • I suppose if you are in Jeju Island, then this village, I'm assuming, you will visit. Rain was sort of a spoiler, but we were helped out by the people for sheltering under umbrella. Prior to walking in for seeing and learning about the living of people back then in Jeju. Included in our visit was sitting through a demonstration and talk about horses bones and the products made out of them. Nope. I didn't buy.
  • This place is a lot bigger than expected. Entrance is a bit more expensive than other places but i think it's worth it for the interactive parts and great photo-ops. I went alone and enjoyed my self, but it seems like a great place for a family trip. You can definitely spend some hours here and then go (or go before) to the beach that is near. There is a lot of parking, but i got there by bus, from the other side of the island, just fine. Besides the included shows, there is a few inexpensive activities and shops inside. I bought some cute wood art from the wood carver in one of the exhibitions.
