Built in the 15th century by King Sejong, Changgyeonggung Palace for centuries housed the royals of the Joseon dynasty. The vast complex was restored in the 1980s, making it one of the best preserved palaces in all of South Korea.   • Beautiful place! Especially the greenhouse. I was very happy to see some flowers and so much greenery in winter. If you like cats be alert bc there are many hiding around the greenhouse. They enjoy playing in the small park right in front of it.
  • Very pretty Palace and gardens. Not as crowded as some of the other palaces. Has the first Western greenhouse built in Korea. Nice lakes and buildings.
