Zhongzheng Park, Zhongzheng District

#4 of 12 in Parks in Keelung
Park · Nature / Park
Visit Zhongzheng Park, and climb the summit of the hill for panoramic views over the harbor. See the tall, white statue of Guanyin--goddess of mercy--which you can actually climb from the inside. While walking up the hill, explore the various temples and shrines lining the path. Enter the park's Ghost Festival Museum for a deeper explanation of the yearly festival that takes place here. The kids will love the park, too, as it offers various playgrounds with toy cars, bumper cars, or sand pits to keep them entertained. Take a break and enjoy a meal from one of the onsite food carts. Put Zhongzheng Park into our Keelung attractions planning site to see other points of interest to visit during your vacation in Keelung.

  • Great place to get a panorama of Keelung. Facilities a bit dated though.
  • Was pouring rain, so we had the place all to ourselves. We had to much fun.
