  • A must visit of you ever go to Taipei. This place is Ultra easy to get to via the MTR as it has its own station. It's also massive! A lot bigger than I thought! Anyways we strolled around the large courtyard area and then went into the Hall to check out the huge statue with the guards in front. We were also lucky to see a changing of the guard which went for quite a while and was cool to watch.
  • When I travel, I usually avoid going to attractions where a lot of tourists flock to. Surprisingly, when I went to this memorial hall, I had quite a great experience! This attraction is well-maintained and the hourly changing of the guards ceremony was quite fascinating. I am glad that there are elevators for those who may deem it difficult to walk up and down the stairs, vending machines for those who may need refreshment, gift shops for those who have the need to shop, and toilets for those who may need to relieve themselves.
  • Very grand place and seeing it in person is even more impressive. Photos don't do this place justice. There's also a medium size museum that describes the life of Chiang Kai Sek. Changing of the guard is also pretty interesting. A garden is just at the side and in spring, it's very beautiful. You might be able to see some fascinating birds.
  • Such a beautiful place. Pictures don't actually give it justice. A lot of spots to take amazing photos. If you love flowers, this place won't disappoint you. Also take time to search on the guards' schedule so you'll be able to see how they change guards. It's a sight to behold.
  • This large monument is a bit more modern. Being constructed in the 80s. The two large red buildings are a concert hall and a theater. The main monument is the large white structure. Come take a look around here. There is a train station right next to it along with ample underground parking and public restrooms.
