Chen was the first hand-faithful to the arrival of Taiwan from the Japanese Army in 1945, after the Japanese allies of World War 2. In the following two years, Taiwan fell into a crisis due to a state of inflation beyond control. Inconsistencies were sparked on 27.2.1947 when police killed a woman in a smuggling tobacco scan campaign. When he was assaulted by people around him, the police fired on the crowd, causing another man to be killed. Rapid tension surges, leading to violent exacerbations and spreading the next day (28.2), the latter day is used to call events. The 228 event not only took place in a single day, but the process lasted many years later when the government traced the opposition. Even today, there has been no exact statistics on the number of people killed in the repression and retrieval, estimated at 18,000-28,000. After Taiwan issued the Law Army in 1949, the 228 event became less sensitive, which was mentioned until military rule was lifted 38 years later.
