#24 of 418 in Shopping in Bangkok
Iconsiam, stylized as ICONSIAM, and ICS is a mixed-use development on the banks of the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, Thailand. It includes one of the largest shopping malls in Asia, which opened to the public on 10 November 2018, as well as hotels and residences. The 54 billion baht (US$1.5 billion) project is being developed as a joint venture by Siam Piwat group, a Thai high-end shopping mall developer, MQDC Magnolia Quality Development, and Charoen Pokphand Group. The complex will include two of the tallest buildings in Bangkok upon completion: the 52-storey Mandarin Oriental Residences and the 70-floor Magnolias Waterfront Residences.

  • Huge mall with lots of designer stores although not as convenient to get to compared to the likes of Central World, Siam Paragon and Terminal 21. A free shuttle bus to/from Krung Thonburi BTS is...  more »
  • This mall is just ridiculous. It’s enormous and it has more than everything you could ever want from a mall. It’s nice to look in some of the more expensive designer shops, but it also has some of...  more »

  • Its name says everything you need to know about this place. It's new, it's well designed, it has everything you need - and many Japanese brands and stuff. The ground floor food court is amazing. It simply replicate the traditional floating market idea. The atmosphere and lighting is fantastic. A fancier version of food court is located on the top floor. It reminds me of some five star hotel lobby - in a good way. Even if you don't like shopping, you should just come and feel the ambiance.
  • It is easy to go with free ferry. When I first step in, I was impressed by huge toilet. Follow by the shops that sell local food, a mock up river with people selling food to give tourist a feel of Thailand life. One word - expensive! It’s target at tourist. Similar stuffs can be find easily at supermarket with at least 30% cheaper. I doubt the place can sustain Long if the price continue to stay at a high side. It’s really a nice place to visit, take some pictures etc.. not a shopping for people on budget like me. Even food court prices also slightly higher and of course better quality.
