Situated on the southernmost coast of Cyprus, the 6,000-year-old city of Larnaka features a bustling promenade full of bars, cafes, restaurants, and plenty of spots in the sun.
Get out of town with these interesting Larnaca side-trips: Pano Lefkara (Organic Olive Farm - Terra Oliva & Church of the holy cross), Kalavasos-Tenta Neolithic Archaeological Site (in Kalavasos) and Royal Chapel of Agia Aikaterini (in Pyrga). The adventure continues: pause for some serene contemplation at Church of Saint Lazarus, examine the collection at The House of Platini, see some colorful creatures with a scuba or snorkeling tour, and contemplate the long history of Zenobia Wreck.
