Tel Aviv, Israel to Nara is an approximately 15.5-hour combination of flight and train. You can also fly. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 7 hours traveling from Tel Aviv to Nara. Prepare for slightly colder weather when traveling from Tel Aviv in April: high temperatures in Nara hover around 22°C and lows are around 15°C.
