Your day-by-day itinerary now includes Terminal 21, MBK Center (Ma Boon Khrong Center) and Chinatown - Bangkok. Shop till you drop at Chatuchak Weekend Market and Khao San Road. The time zone changes from Indochina Time to Japan Standard Time, which is usually a 2 hour difference. Plan for a bit cooler temperatures traveling from Bangkok in July, with highs in Tokyo at 87°F and lows at 74°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 15th (Mon) to allow enough time to travel to Kyoto.
