Traveling by train from Seoul to Daegu takes 2 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of train and flight; or drive. April in Daegu sees daily highs of 69°F and lows of 48°F at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 16th (Fri) to allow enough time to drive to Busan.

The country's second city, Busan has often been referred to as South Korea's summer capital.
Kick off your visit on the 17th (Sat): don't miss a visit to Haeundae Cinema Street, get outside with Haeundae Beach, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Haedong Yonggung Temple, and finally take some stellar pictures from Taejongdae. On the 18th (Sun), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: snap pictures at Gwangandaegyo Bridge, then kick back and relax at Gwangalli Beach, then tour the pleasant surroundings at Yongdusan Park, and finally browse the eclectic array of goods at Jagalchi Market.

You can drive from Daegu to Busan in 1.5 hours. Other options are to take a train; or take a bus. April in Busan sees daily highs of 66°F and lows of 48°F at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 18th (Sun) early enough to go by car to Gwangju.

You can drive from Busan to Gwangju in 3 hours. Other options are to take a bus; or fly. Traveling from Busan in April, plan for somewhat warmer nights in Gwangju, with lows around 62°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 20th (Tue) to allow enough time to travel to Jeju.

The main town on the largest of Korea's islands, Jeju has a volcanic landscape protected by UNESCO.
Take a break from Jeju with a short trip to Seongsan Ilchulbong in Seogwipo, about 1h 20 min away. There's lots more to do: Head underground at Manjanggul Cave, admire the masterpieces at Trick Art Museum Korea, get outside with Hamdeok Beach, and take in the pleasant sights at Handam Coastal Trail.

Traveling by flight from Gwangju to Jeju takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of bus and flight; or do a combination of taxi and ferry. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 24th (Sat) to allow enough time to travel back home.
