You can drive from Seoul to Chuncheon in 1.5 hours. Other options are to take a train; or take a subway. In December, daily temperatures in Chuncheon can reach 38°F, while at night they dip to 24°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 24th (Tue) to allow time to drive to Sokcho.

Start off your visit on the 25th (Wed): contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Naksansa Temple and then explore the striking landscape of Seoraksan National Park. One of the most popular tourist destinations in the Republic of Korea, Gyeongju combines a rich cultural heritage with mountain and coastal scenery.
On the 27th (Fri), appreciate the history behind Seokguram, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Bulguksa Temple, and then get in on the family fun at Gyeongju World. On your second day here, contemplate the waterfront views at Anapji Pond, then examine the collection at Gyeongju National Museum, and then examine the collection at Ulsan Daegok Museum.

Traveling by car from Sokcho to Gyeongju takes 4 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of bus and train; or take a bus. In December, daytime highs in Gyeongju are 38°F, while nighttime lows are 33°F. Cap off your sightseeing on the 28th (Sat) early enough to go by car to Busan.

Busan is known for beaches, shopping, historic sites, parks, and spas. Traveling from Gyeongju in December, expect nights in Busan to be about the same, around 31°F, while days are a bit warmer, around 48°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 31st (Tue) so you can travel to Jeju.

Step out of Jeju to go to Seogwipo and see Seongsan Ilchulbong, which is approximately 1h 20 min away. There's still lots to do: Head underground at Manjanggul Cave, go for a walk through Handam Coastal Trail, step off the mainland to explore Udo, and take in the spiritual surroundings of Gwaneumsa Temple.
