The laidback town of Essaouira, known for its forceful trade winds, attracts Moroccan and foreign tourists alike with its sweeping beaches and atmospheric, labyrinthine medina, a World Heritage Site.
Kick off your visit on the 27th (Fri): find your balance on the water with some of the best stand-up paddleboarding in the area, then make a trip to Essaouira Ramparts, and then trot along with a tour on horseback.
