Tokyo holds the status of most populous metropolitan area in the world--a fact you'll find tangible as you walk the bustling streets and explore its diverse neighborhoods and cultures.
Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Owl Cafe Akiba Fukurou and Tokyo Metropolitan Government Buildings. Shop till you drop at Yokohama Minato Mirai 21 and Yokohama Chinatown. There's lots more to do: make a trip to Meiji Jingu Shrine, take a stroll through Ginza, take in nature's colorful creations at Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, and stop by Omotesando.

Los Angeles, USA to Tokyo is an approximately 16-hour flight. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 17 hours traveling from Los Angeles to Tokyo. Traveling from Los Angeles in February, you will find days in Tokyo are much colder (°C), and nights are slightly colder (°C). Wrap up your sightseeing on the 2nd (Fri) early enough to travel to Seoul.

One of east Asia's major cultural and financial centers, Seoul boasts five World Heritage Sites and a huge selection of museums, temples, shrines, palaces, parks, gardens, and glass-and-steel skyscrapers.
You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Banpo Hangang Park and Ewha Womans University. Spend the 4th (Sun) exploring nature at Bukhansan National Park. There's lots more to do: shop like a local with Myeongdong Shopping Street, browse the exhibits of Gyeongbokgung Palace, and take some stellar pictures from N Seoul Tower.

Expect a bit cooler temperatures when traveling from Tokyo in March; daily highs in Seoul reach °C and lows reach °C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 5th (Mon) to allow enough time to travel to Shanghai.

With a nickname like the "Pearl of the Orient," it's not surprising Shanghai offers some of the most rewarding attractions and activities in the Far East.
You'll discover tucked-away gems like Former French Concession and Heping Fandian. Do your shopping at Nanjing Lu (Nanjing Road) and Shanghai Propaganda Poster Art Centre. There's still lots to do: take in the pleasant sights at The Bund (Wai Tan), see the interesting displays at Shanghai Museum (Shanghai Bowuguan), don't miss a visit to Bund International Architecture Exhibition, and take in panoramic vistas at Shanghai World Financial Center.

You can fly from Seoul to Shanghai in 5 hours. Other options are to do a combination of subway, ferry, and train; or do a combination of car and ferry. The time zone difference moving from Korean Standard Time to China Standard Time is minus 1 hour. Plan for a bit warmer temperatures traveling from Seoul in March, with highs in Shanghai at °C and lows at °C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 8th (Thu) early enough to travel to Hong Kong.

Witness the vibrant skyline of Hong Kong, an impressive urban territory on the southern coast of China.
Explore hidden gems such as Tsim Sha Tsui and Stanley. Head to Nathan Road and Tsim Sha Tsui Eastfor plenty of shopping.
