One of east Asia's major cultural and financial centers, Seoul boasts five World Heritage Sites and a huge selection of museums, temples, shrines, palaces, parks, gardens, and glass-and-steel skyscrapers.
Your day-by-day itinerary now includes Lotte World, Kwangjang Market, Gyeonghuigung Palace, and other attractions you added. Get some historical perspective at Gyeongbokgung Palace and Cheonggyecheon Stream. Head to Myeongdong Shopping Street and Namdaemun Marketfor some retail therapy. When in Seoul, make a side trip to see Ilsan Lake Park in Goyang, approximately Goyang away. There's lots more to do: admire the landmark architecture of Changdeokgung Palace, take a stroll through Insadong, make a trip to N Seoul Tower, and see the interesting displays at National Folk Museum of Korea.

Getting from Seoul to Tokyo by flight takes about 6 hours. Other options: do a combination of train and ferry; or do a combination of car and ferry. June in Tokyo sees daily highs of °C and lows of °C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 16th (Sat) to allow time for the train ride to Kyoto.
