Establishing a name for itself as "Korea's Ecological Capital," Suncheon sits nestled on the southwest coastline of the Korean peninsula, a haven of scenic beauty.
Start off your visit on the 10th (Tue): appreciate the extensive heritage of Nagan Eupseong Folk Village, kick back and relax at Waon Beach, and then stroll around Suncheon Bay Wetland Reserve. On your second day here, take in the spiritual surroundings of Songgwangsa Temple, take in the spiritual surroundings of Seonamsa Temple, and then stroll around Jukdobong Park.

You can fly from Jeju to Suncheon in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of ferry and taxi; or ride a ferry. Expect a daytime high around 7°C in November, and nighttime lows around 4°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 11th (Wed) to allow time to drive to Busan.

The country's second city, Busan has often been referred to as South Korea's summer capital.
You'll get in some beach time at Gwangalli Beach and Dadaepo Beach. Get some historical perspective at Yeojwacheon Stream and Haedong Yonggung Temple. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Busan: Changwon (Paryongsan Doltab & Junam Reservoir), Gimhae (Gimhae National Museum & Birthplace of President Roh Moo-hyun) and Tongdosa Temple (in Yangsan). There's much more to do: kick back and relax at Haeundae Beach, get a taste of the local shopping with Gallery 604, hunt for treasures at Jagalchi Market, and steep yourself in history at Yeongnamlu.

You can drive from Suncheon to Busan in 2 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or take a bus. When traveling from Suncheon in November, plan for a bit warmer days in Busan, with highs around 18°C, while nights are about the same with lows around 6°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 16th (Mon) to allow time to drive to Gyeongju.

Step out of the city life by going to Gyeongju National Park and Bomun Tourism Complex. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Gyeongju National Museum and Oksan Seowon. There's much more to do: take in the spiritual surroundings of Bulguksa Temple, appreciate the history behind Seokguram, contemplate the long history of Cheomseongdae Observatory, and appreciate the extensive heritage of Tongiljeon.

Visit Naksansa Temple and Cheongcho Lake for their historical value. Get some cultural insight at Abai Village and Gwongeumseong Fortress.
