Wengen is a mountain village in the Bernese Oberland of central Switzerland. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Grindelwald-First and Maennlichen Royal Walk. Visiting Rodelbahn Oeschinensee and Minigolf will get you outdoors. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Wengen: Spiez Castle (in Thun), Grindelwald (Wanderung Bussalp - Bort, Schwarzhorn, &more) and Artilleriewerk Faulensee (in Faulensee).
