The country's second city, Busan has often been referred to as South Korea's summer capital.
Lotte Cinema Dongnae has been added to your itinerary. Change things up with these side-trips from Busan: Cheonmachong Tomb (in Gyeongju), Yangsan Tower (in Yangsan) and Oedo Botania (in Geoje). There's still lots to do: kick back and relax at Haeundae Beach, take a stroll through Gamcheon Culture Village, head outdoors with Gwangalli Beach, and walk around Yongdusan Park.

A sprawling metropolis and center for research, Daejeon stands as the fifth largest city in South Korea.
Change things up with a short trip to The Independence Hall of Korea in Cheonan (about 1h 35 min away). A large coastal city, Gangneung has been historically separated from much of the country because of the long, stretching mountain range that runs parallel to the sea.
Your day-by-day itinerary now includes Gangneung Jungang Market as well as Alive Heart. Take a break from Gangneung with a short trip to Seoraksan National Park in Sokcho, about 1h 45 min away.
