You've added teamLab Planets TOKYO, Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, Imperial Palace, and other attractions to your itinerary. Kick off your visit on the 10th (Wed): admire the landmark architecture of Imperial Palace, then take in nature's colorful creations at Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, then admire the masterpieces at teamLab Planets TOKYO, and finally wander the streets of Akihabara.

The national capital for over a thousand years, Kyoto retains much of the charm of old Japan, boasting numerous temples and shrines that seem completely untouched by the modern world.
