Rogie Falls (Gaelic: Eas Rothagaidh) are a series of waterfalls on the Black Water, a river in Ross-shire in the Highlands of Scotland. The falls are about 2 km north-west of the village of Contin, next to the A835 road. They are a popular tourist attraction, with several forest walks.

The bridge will support a maximum of five persons at one time, with a narrow and sharp set of steps at its end. Access to the bridge requires limited ability with footpaths being well kept, however not wheelchair accessible by any stretch. Photography from the bridge is possible although best either at evening time when fewer people are around and using the bridge or in sunnier conditions when shorter exposure times are possible, due to the high degree of wobble.

  • On our way to the NW we stopped off at Rogie Falls really for somewhere to have our coffee. We decided to walk to the Falls to stretch our legs and it was well worth it. The water was in full flow...  more »

  • Beautiful place, if you're lucky in July & August you might see salmon leading up the water fall or salmon ladder. Lovely surroundings. Free parking. Toilet facilities at the car park.
  • Really nice place for a walk. The story for the migrating Salmon was fascinating. If you catch the season, with Salmon will be really interesting. Short walk from the parking 10-15 minutes. Toilets available at the parking. I was here in May, 07:45 in the morning and there was absolutely no one around.
