Tam Coc-Bich Dong, Ninh Hai

We cycled around and had a good boat trip. Views are amazing. You can easily spend a couple of hours looking at the nice views. Highly recommended if you have a day to spare in Hanoi. The boat trip will take about an hour and it is hard work for the rowers. They appreciate a tip at the end. Some of the photos do not do justice to this place. You have to be there and see it and appreciate how beautiful the place is.

The boat ride is serene and beautiful. The boat rowers are mainly villagers from teenager to strong elderly. These rowers depends on the tips of tourists to supplement their living. Do watch out for boats trying to sell you foods and drinks at high price, near the turn around point of the boat trip and DO NOT buy from them. Gently say NO to the seller and insists on it. You would rather be saving that money and tip the boat rowers who is doing all the hard work more.
