Very pleasant experience. The guide was nice, knowledgeable, and spoke great English. The pepper tea was great, and the smoothie was pretty good. We spent about an hour and twenty minutes there between drinking, touring, and buying stuff. Add about another 30 minutes if you want to get lunch there.

A beautiful idyllic place but some things have changed since the latest reviews I've seen. Tours are no longer free - you have to buy something to get one. This makes sense because the place seems to have become very popular with tourists. The animals are very cute and the people friendly. The pepper tea and beer are must-tries - very delicious. Pepper tea costs double of beer though. The tour was interesting, but this place gets 4 stars as I think they do better with small groups and we were put together with a bigger group.
