We went to visit this place in Feb 2023. It was a dry season so could experience less water in the source but the natural beauty is amazing, we loved it. The trekking was also good.

Another lovely park to visit. It is not far from Bicheno and the last 7 km are gravel road. I am a relatively fit walker and found the walk from the swimming hole to the gorge a bit more challenging than I expected. Glad I did it though Due to weather and circumstances I did not "rock hop" back the car park via the river
