A really fascinating look into history. Self guided and free (although donations are welcome), there is a really good route to walk with boards that tell the history and show what it would have looked like when in operation. The jetty is a lovely and peaceful spot. The volunteer caretakers are lovely and a great source of knowledge. Plenty of wildlife too. Definitely worth the trip.
