  • Settle into an armchair, choose your flight, sip slowly and savour. Delicious. Wonderful staff who know their stuff and clearly passionate about Lark.

  • Fantastic staff and top notch whisky. Warmed my cockles on a cold Hobart afternoon!! Thoroughly recommended even if you aren’t a whiskey person.

  • Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Seems to be a Lark only bar now, previously it was more vibrant with a lot more whiskey choices. Was quite cold (all guests in stayed in jackets). I definitely prefer the old setup, however can’t knock the great service.
  • After a day walking through Hobart and consuming an early dinner we stopped here. The atmosphere and tasting area set the tone. We sat down and were given a tasting menu. The selection was diverse and the pricing was high. We each made our selections and enjoyed the one to two tastes we got from each glass. Any thoughts of taking on home was dashed when I saw the $200 to $400 price for a bottle of the whiskey I liked the best. Our stay was short, our bill was high but we did enjoy the time we were here.
