The best interactive zoo experience! My daughter had a great time feeding many animals. The place isn't that big and not so many animals but the interaction with animals make it a unique and memorable experience for kiddos. There are also animal encounters which is separately paid from the general admission tickets if you are willing to pay more and for a more personal encounter with animals.

Recent trip midweek with family to occupy kids home from school (industrial action). Extremely enjoyable family experience, really relaxed, no rush, hustle or queue! Truly lovely customer service (extra helpful with discovery vouchers), site easy to navigate, little map for kids to collect stamps, small outdoor cafe offering light lunch /refreshments. Lots of fabulous animals to observe and love to book an animal encounter on our next trip, can’t wait til there’s one for Giraffes. Can easily make this a half day visit.
