Nocton Vineyard, Richmond

Visited Nocton today just on a whim as we drove past through Richmond and man, I am glad that we did!! I have visited many cellar doors around Australia and this tasting was absolutely one of the most enjoyable that I’ve had. We were lucky enough to be shown through the wines by Kat and she was just amazing. Chatty and friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the wine. The place itself has great views and it’s non-pretentious vibe is very welcoming. They have a large selection of (delicious) wine and their membership is great value - so we just had to join! Thanks for the wonderful experience !

Absolute must! We fell in love with their Chardonnay, not too buttery, not too acidic, with beautiful bouquet on the nose and mouthfeel 👌The Chenin is also very nice, light but complex enough, a rare variety of grape to come by 🙌
