  • Lovely setting to walk through and at the same time learn more about the history of Tasmania and Australia. There's not much left of the buildings but what is left is worth seeing

  • Definitely worth the visit if you're near the area! Lots of walks to do here. We came on Christmas day and basically had the place to ourselves. The view along the coastline is absolutely gorgeous. There are some insects flying around though so I'd recommend bringing insect repellent. We also saw a wild echidna along the way.
  • Well worth the visit if you're interested in convict history and ruins. The view to the coast is also spectacular. The solitary cells here are still intact and quite spooky. Watch your head when you enter and exit, mischievous spirits may just give you a push! Lots of walks you can do in the area which are longer.
