We threw caution to the wind, left our farm in Queensland and bought a little vineyard in Tasmania's Tamar Valley. In the blink of an eye we were heading across Bass Strait with the ute, 2 dogs, a horse and a prissy cat.
Joanie isn't here to see us living her dream, but here we are making Wines for Joanie and all of the other special people in our lives.

We came to Glendale expecting to stop in for a quick tasting and grab a bottle for the night but were instantly overwhelmed with how beautiful the cellar door and surrounds were. Amy’s warmth, friendliness and knowledge of the great selection of wines had us ordering half the winery on our way out. Such an idyllic part of the world :)

The best winery on our wine tour. Andrew was knowledgeable about winemaking and articulate about his and his partners aim for each style and vintage. He was interesting and engaging - and the wines were pretty damn good too. Well worth a visit if you’re in the region.
