  • A wonderful hands on experience for all. This has to be the best kept conservation zoo we've visited in Tasmania. Exceptionally clean and well kept reptile displays, with knowledgeable handlers and volunteers. Such important work to care and rehabilitate reptiles illegally gained and mistreated.
  • The Serpentarium Wildlife Park - St Helens. If you are a reptile lover you will love this place! snakes, turtles, lizards and the giant green ANACONDA! The heated indoor reptile exhibit and museum displays exotic captive breeds, unique indigenous artifacts with gem and crystal displays. The enclosures are fully decorated with their own theme, you can experience an interactive and interpretive keeper presentation at 12:00 noon daily where you can hold a python. Very educational for everyone, the owners are absolutely wonderful and so welcoming and great with the kids. Make sure to put it on your bucket list when travelling the NE of the state. open everyday from 11am-to 4pm, 7 days a week.
