Snowacademy Saalbach, Saalbach-Hinterglemm

We used Snowacademy for both beginner ski lessons and ski hire. They have an excellent level of English and we’re friendly and joking throughout. We arrived on the Sunday morning and although it was busy they’re clearly well practiced and getting people through the process without feeling rushed. We did book online and provided all our details - the only downside was we seemed to have to reenter these in their self-service system. Regarding the ski lessons - these were well priced for the 8 hours we did with a lot of flexibility in length and start times. We had 2 instructors across the 3 slots we did - even making recommendations for times based on snow quality! The instructors were very professional and helps us go from standing on skis for the first time to being able to (just) parallel ski down gentle blues allowing us to enjoy the holiday. Ski return was quick, easy and painless. We’d happily use them again.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Exactly what you need. Two offices, very convenient, one is just by the baby slopes - excellent!!
