Avery nice spot to stop and visit. Great view from the top. A beautiful sculpture and stages of the Calvary. I did not go inside, but would have if it were open. It was end of season.

Loved this place, really interesting artifacts from ships that were wrecked down through the centuries. Beautiful church in grounds. Loved this place. Would highly recommend. Very well informed staff.... more

Peaceful place on the waterfront, came a bit too late in the afternoon so didn't get a chance to see the garden but the monastery itself is a nice stop if you've got some spare time in Hvar

After visiting the fortress and wandering in the center for a couple hours, I decided to look for a place to take a break and this is the place I was looking for. The monastery is just a few minutes walk from the town center and a place to enjoy the serenity and avoid the crowd. Sitting in backyard and relaxing in the cool ocean breeze really takes the stress away.
