Nestled in a protected cove fringed by cypress and pine trees, Mlini Beach attracts beachgoers with it sparkling turquoise waters and relaxed vibe. Far removed from tourist crowds, this pebble beach offers a choice of swimming and sunbathing spots. Cafes and restaurants line the seaside promenade, while the center of the village--with the little brook meandering through its center--retains its rustic charm. For more activities, take a water taxi to Dubrovnik Old Town or sail off the coast to one of the nearby small islands. To visit Mlini Beach on your trip to Hvar, use our Hvar day trip website.

  • It cost 60 KUNa with boat taxi from Hvar to the Beach. Nice with the cabanas, flat rocks, not so much wind. There was also a restaurant and you could pay 2 kuna to use the toilet.

  • Cam from Hvar town with a taxi boat to Ždrilica than followed a short path through a forest. A nice and quite big beach, a lot of people coming with transfer or own boats. But the water remains clear due to openness and fluidity. You can find plenty of shade and rent sun-beds or tents, which are not unearthly expensive. The bar and restaurant offer good service, but the food is quite pricey. It is also a quiet beach, only in the afternoon a boat decided to have a “party”.
  • Worth the walk from carpe diem
