Natural Hvar Tours, Jelsa

I booked a cycling tour with a couple friends and despite unexpected wind and rain, Grgo did his absolute best to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, checking in with us throughout the day and changing the itinerary to give us the best possible experience. We toured through a beautiful area of Hvar, that may be overlooked by other tourists. His family cellar was my favorite part!

My friend and I traveled around Europe for 3 months and this was definitely the highlight of our trip. I was not looking forward to visiting Hvar, as I had heard how touristy it is and based on nightlife. I booked a day trip with Grgo to visit some other parts of Hvar island- this was the best decision! Grgo collected us from Hvar town and gave us the most incredible tour of the island, including abandoned villages, the original port Starigrad and the vineyards of his family. A dream for any photographers. He told us about life on the island and was very open to answering our many, many questions! He was happy to share his vast knowledge with us and his family life. If you are in Hvar, even if only for a short time, make sure you take this authentic experience. At the end, we sampled some of his family wine and his mother made us lovely biscuits. His father even gave us delicious grapes to take with us. Backpacker breakfast sorted! You won't get a better tour!
