The name: ‘Oleastro’ derives from Latin Olea Europea Oleaster and Ancient Greek ởλέαστρο, the wild olive tree, a species still met in Cyprus.

The Company: A small but dynamic company, Oleastro Enterprises Ltd. is the market leader in the Cyprus organic olive oil market. Its main competitive advantages are its umcompromised commitment to top quality olive oil, innovation, and flexibility. In numerous occasions, ranging from EU projects to addressing professional organizations and MBA classes, Oleastro Enterprises Ltd has been selected for benchmarking.

Its line of business:

1) olive (theme) park and

2) production, extraction, bottling and trading of top quality organic olive oil.

Its people: Oleastro Enterprises Ltd. is the brainchild of Andreas and Lina Ellinas with the support of their children Daniel and Natalie. Our friends call us ‘romantic fools’ for our love and devotion to the olive tree, the Mediterranean diet, and the island’s countryside that we consider the ‘heart’ of Cyprus.

  • We visited this "museum" at saturday afternoon. Wasting the time, nothing interesting to see, boring and poor exhibition... Save your money and visit other places.

  • A very beautiful little gem in Anogyra village. Google location was a bit out but If you look at the signs you will easily find it. Watched a video about olive oil and tasted for free their own product. Wish there was a little more bread 😂.
  • Very nice for children, they can feed the farm animals. Enterance fee is 3€ for an adult. The olive oil in not less than fantastic! Good prices for the oil (1L=10€, 1.5L=14€)
