Faistos is way better than Knossos. It is way more beautiful and useful to visit this palace if you want to discover the Minoan civilisation! And the views are wonderful.

We are not specially fans of archaeological museums, but this one was really nice. It showed a lot of different parts of the old palast. However, we are giving just 4 stars, because for us there was a big map missing which would give an overview.

Very nice Archeological site on the top of the hill you can see how Ancient people built the structures and how advanced knowledge they had given the time. Very nice experience and must visit site at Crete. Its better to visit it during winter or spring because usually during summer time is very busy.
