Kamihis Farm, Zaros

Went today. What an experience! I was warmly welcomed by the farm owners, an extremely charismatic and lovely couple. We were a group of 10 with people from all over the world (France, Australia, Canada). We baked bread, made cheese, made Cretan cheese pies, fed the animals, milked the goats, tried to catch chickens, played with bunnies and collected eggs in the chicken coop. We learned about traditional Cretan ways and had a beautiful lunch topped off with raki and traditional Greek dancing! Not to be missed!!

Thanks for welcoming us , Michalis , we spent a great night at your farm . Such an experience to live close to the nature as you showed us … the tout to see the animals around also … . Anyway , very comfortable! Warm water , nice beds , sky full of stars … and some raki with you also ! Thx ! Only regret , that was our last night before flying back home … see you soon ! We will be back !
