The Guinness Tower/Leonard's Tower, Cong

Worth the visit. Tower built, which is now in the middle of the beautiful forest. Bit of an effort to find it, but that was part of the fun. To get there, enter at the Abbey and cross the bridge behind the Abbey over the bridge. Find the blue route, and follow it clockwise, you need to leave the blue route half way or so (on a trail thats not part of any of the routes) for a few 100 meters. You can climb the tower. You may need to give the gate a bit of a tug to open it, but access is permitted

It's a tower built 1865. The young trees are as tall as it so you cant see much anymore. Worth a climb if only to feel you have earned dinner.
