Marina Piccola, located on the south side of the island of Capri, has a history stretching back to Roman emperors Augustus and Tiberius. As the smaller port on the island, it sees less traffic. From here, you can take the Via Krupp, a historic switchback paved footpath that connects the marina to the Charterhouse of San Giacomo and the Gardens of Augustus. Bring suitable shoes as the beach is made of small stones and not sand. Consider eating in one of the seaside restaurants while here.
