A lovely place to take a relaxing stroll along the artificially created blue pond and it's tranquil surroundings. The blue water is an effect of the aluminum that has seeped into the water and reflected from the sunlight. Recommended for a nice quick visit for some photography opportunities. There is also public toilets available a this area.

Although the area is small, it is worth the stop. The pond is beautiful to look at with a scenic view of the dams waterfall. Parking is 500¥ per vehicle though there are a few areas prior you can pull to the side and walk to the parks many walking paths. There's a small shop that is a bit pricey but holds some cute trinkets and yummy snacks.
