Tokachidake Bogakudai Observation Tower, Biei-cho

The place offers very good views of the surrounding area, but in terms of hiking the options are quite limited. Visitor center is also quite small and doesn't offer too much.

You’ll need a car to get here but it’s a nice break for the crowds of the blue pond . I still think it’s worth the drive for the fantastic views .
