Small gem. Lots to do, but if you plan well you can do it all pretty quickly. Large exhibition of animals. Must go if you have spare time in the Noboribetsu area. Walking distance of the station. The penguin parade was the cutest thing ever.

U can see penguin marching here. The parade is at the center of the park. Most likely there’s no snow though. The Milky Way fish pool is a nice attraction to see. Relatively a small park. Should be spending 2-3 hrs here.
