Get a prime view of Sapporo from Sapporo TV Tower, a 150 m (490 ft) observation deck in the center of town. This attraction sits within Odori Park, a popular green space and festival ground. Enjoy the park before heading to its eastern end, where you'll find the tower and observation deck that allow you to take in the city's skyline. Even if you don't get the chance to visit this structure, which was built in 1957, be sure to keep an eye out for it at nighttime, when it becomes fully lit up. • The tower could be seen easily while strolling along the Odori. It was considered as the symbol of modern Sapporo, looked beautiful at night with many colourful LED.

  • Well, nothing to say, it is one of the must go spot in Sapporo. I recommend you come on the night or snow season, more things can see. However, this tower not enough tall. Last, they have the package ticket with the clock tower, can have 100 yen discount if you buy both ticket together.
  • Not only it’s a historic place but also the best place to take a great shot of the Odori park from the top. I didn’t go to the top observation deck ( paid ticket needed) but it’s still a good view from the 3rd floor. Must visited place in Sapporo.
