Hotel Shima Spain Mura, Shima

We are a family (mom, dad and 2 children) that have stayed in various hotels throughout Japan over the last 20 years. We have been coming to Hotel Spain Mura for over 15 years and it has been pretty good. This time however, the front desk staff were not welcoming (not friendly) at our check-in. Also, the room was not clean and we were not given the proper instructions for parking so we had to pay for parking until we complained and finally got our parking money back. We left and went to the Royal Daiwa Hotel on the hill by Spain Mura and it was GREAT! (Cheaper, clean and friendly staff!) Goodbye Hotel Spain Mura...

Character room, Spanish cooking course, 2 nights! You can also buy a 2-day passport at a great price, so you can play at the amusement park without leaving anything behind. The character room was very cute, and there was a mini book to search for hidden characters, which was a lot of fun with the children. The toilet and bath are separate, and the washroom is also spacious. The hot spring is also attached, and the water quality is good. The pool was also used, and there was a mini pool and toys for small children both indoors and outdoors, and I felt consideration. In the course meal, the character motif on the first night was very good, and the food was very satisfying, including the children, so I felt a little unsatisfactory on the second night. If you are most concerned and want to improve, the name tag of the staff, including the amusement park, is white on a red plate and cannot be read at all! There were many people who provided good service, but I wanted to know the name of the man who provided excellent service, especially at the Spanish course restaurant...
