We stayed for one night. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are kind with professional attitude. We had breakfast buffet included, the food was correct, made with local ingredients. French toast was excellent. There are many stores around the resort, it is a very large area. So you need to use the shuttle bus to move around (every 15min the bus comes). Tomamu is a very chilly area, recommend to bring some warm clothes if you planning to walk around at night.

The hotel staff here are very kind, and the services they provide here is fantastic. The hotel also provides free hot drinks including hot chocolate and champagne with free of charge. The facilities are also well maintained. Overall, I definitely recommend you all to stay here.
