It was snowing heavily and very windy when we were there. So the view was obscured. But a beautiful place nonetheless. We were able to see lake Toya on the way down and the winter scenery is beautiful.

Good overview of the lake toya with a shop selling some local produce and snacks. Can consider skipping this place unless you have time to spare .
