  • This attraction is difficult to get to without your own transport. Bus times don't line up and typically require more than an hour wait. I opted to get a Grab from Sigulda and then caught a bus back (had to wait over an hour for this). Ticket cost 13 euro (less than the website says) but no food is included so this might be why. You have to reserve your spot ahead of time, this can be done via their website. The tour went for 1 hour. Very large group for the English speaking tour. I wish there was more time to take photos and ask questions. The guide was very passionate and enjoyed acting, but I would have preferred more factual information about the bunker and more time to see additional rooms. It was rather tight in some of the rooms with all the people. I'm glad I did this, but it is a big investment of time (if you catch a bus) or money (if you get a Grab or rental car) for what you get.
  • Very nice place. The English guided tour was crowded though. Due to Covid you can’t have lunch inside the bunker’s cafeteria anymore, but it was still cool to see things from the Soviet times, which are functional and somewhat untouched.
